Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

Processing time. Every VIYAN case is finished by hand — your two complimentary charms are applied before packing. Personalised orders leave the atelier within 48 hours (business days).

Shipping rates. US shipping is free on orders over $70. For orders under $70, the standard rate is calculated and shown at checkout.

Delivery time. Most US orders arrive within 3–6 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your case is on its way.

Order changes. Need to change your address or charm selection? Email hello@viyanclub.com as soon as possible — we can update your order any time before it ships.

Lost or delayed packages. If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 5 business days, contact us at hello@viyanclub.com and we'll chase it down. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
