How do I start a return or an exchange?
Email us your order number and a short note first — photos help if something arrived damaged. We reply within one business day with instructions and the address to send it to. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us; returns sent without prior contact can't be processed.
Where is VIYAN based?
VIYAN is Viyan Atelier LLC, a New Jersey company. Our leather iPhone cases are designed in New York and handcrafted in Türkiye. We currently ship within the United States; international shipping is coming soon.
How long does a reply take?
One business day is normal, and often sooner. If you haven't heard back, check your spam folder for hello@viyanclub.com — then write again anyway, because it means something went wrong on our side.
If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
