What are VIYAN iPhone cases made of?
The outside of every VIYAN case is genuine leather with a polished, glossy finish, laid by hand over a protective core that gives the case its shape and its grip. Inside, a soft-touch lining sits against your phone, and the hardware is gold-tone (silver-tone on Silver).
Will the leather develop a patina?
No — and that is deliberate. Our leather has a polished, glossy finish rather than a raw natural surface, so it is not made to darken or patina. With normal care it keeps the finish it arrived with, and like any real leather it will pick up the small marks of daily use.
What is the inside of the case like?
The interior is soft-lined, so your phone sits against a smooth, soft-touch surface.
Which iPhone models do you make cases for?
We currently make cases for the iPhone 15, 16 and 17 series: iPhone 15, 15 Plus, 15 Pro, 15 Pro Max, iPhone 16, 16 Plus, 16 Pro, 16 Pro Max, and iPhone 17, 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max.
Are VIYAN cases MagSafe compatible?
No — our cases are not MagSafe compatible, so magnetic accessories won't attach while the case is on. Wired charging works as usual.
How should I care for my leather case?
Very little is needed. Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth and keep it away from prolonged direct sunlight, heat and heavy rain. If it gets wet, let it dry naturally at room temperature. Because the finish is polished, keep it away from oils, perfume, lotions and alcohol-based cleaners, and from abrasive surfaces in a bag. Small marks from daily use are normal.
Do VIYAN cases protect my phone?
Yes. Every VIYAN case is built on a protective core that wraps the back and sides of your phone and cushions the everyday knocks of a bag or a pocket. The genuine leather exterior is laid over it by hand, so your phone stays protected and the case still reads like an accessory.
Where are VIYAN cases made?
VIYAN is designed in New York and handcrafted in Türkiye, in small batches, in a small workshop we work with directly.
Charms & Personalization
How does personalization work?
Every case comes with two complimentary charms — letters, symbols, or one of each. You choose them on the product page when you order, and each charm is applied by hand before your case ships.
Can I remove or swap my charms later?
Yes. Charms slide on and off the case's strap easily — no tools needed — so you can remove them, rearrange them, or switch to a new set whenever you like.
Which charms can I choose from?
Letters A–Z and a curated set of symbols — hearts, stars, clovers, angel wings and more — in gold-tone and silver-tone finishes. The full selection is shown in the charm picker on every case's product page.
Can I buy additional charms?
Yes. Every charm is also available separately in our Charms collection, so you can add to your case whenever you like.
How do I keep the charms looking their best?
Treat them like jewelry: keep them away from perfume, lotions and cleaning chemicals, and wipe them gently with a soft, dry cloth when needed.
Can I change my charm selection after placing an order?
Personalized orders move quickly — we apply charms and dispatch within 48 hours. Email hello@viyanclub.com with your order number as soon as possible; if your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update it.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
Your charms are applied by hand, so please allow up to 48 hours before dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.
How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–6 business days anywhere in the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within the US is free on orders over $30. Below that, the exact rate is calculated at checkout.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on our list; follow along and you'll be the first to know.
I made a mistake in my shipping address — what do I do?
Email hello@viyanclub.com right away with your order number and the correct address. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll fix it before it leaves.
Returns & Payment
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery. Depending on what suits you, we offer a refund, an exchange, or a replacement charm. For standard returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Start by emailing hello@viyanclub.com with your order number — full details are in our Refund Policy.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What now?
We're sorry — and we'll make it right. Email hello@viyanclub.com with your order number and a photo of what you received, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund promptly.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay — all through Shopify's secure checkout.
